Competition Information
Members entering competitions must do so by the required closing date.
Print Competitions:
Open Print: A maximum of Two print’s may be entered, B & W or Colour.
Set Subject: No more then One print can be entered, B & W and or Colour.
We will hold one panel of three print’s competition per season, a maximum of three panels per author.
The Christmas Dinner print competition will be a “subject category” with a maximum three prints per Author,
Digital Competitions:
As with the prints there will be two PDI’s in the open category and one PDI in the set subject category.
All PDI’s should be 1600 x 1200 pixels @ 300dpi.
Plus a Digital Triptych Competition with a maximum of two digital “triptychs” per author.
New Quay Camera Club Photographic Challenge:
One PDI image every two weeks entered by and voted on by you and the members, on the clubs website. Eight rounds in total.
External Competitions:
From time to time during the season we participate in external club and national competitions.
Selection is made from members submitted work, by the clubs selection panel.
We also hold our own six way battle between, Aberystwyth, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Kidwelly and Towy Valley.
