Internal Competitions - Submissions and Results

This page will be grouped by the competition titles and dates, and then a grid of all the submitted images will be underneath (segregated by Themed / Open as appropriate) but only AFTER the competition has been judged. The images will then be displayed in order of scores / positions awarded, and these will have the photographer's name appended in their captions. After a period of time has elapsed, the awarded photographs will be retained on the website as a record of the club's achievements, and the non-placed images will be deleted.

We are very fortunate to have our very own Colin Price AWPF, EFIAP, PPSA, MOL judging our images this evening. We will all have to refer to our notes from Colin's "Long Exposure" session, last October 3rd, to make sure we can demonstrate that we have learned and mastered the techniques.

"Triptych" and "Open" - Thursday March 20th 2025
1 triptych panel (open themed) and 1 open-themed image.
The evening will be anonymously scored and judged, initially by the club members, but will also be judged by Roy Peters AWPF, CPAGB, our own qualified and experienced judge. An interesting comparison can then be made between Roy's judgement and placings and the members' own scores collated on the night.
